For the benefit of other readers the customer was experiencing an error when Drilling into an Account:

"We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:

An error with an invalid syntax for a business object query has occurred. Please ask your systems administrator to check your application onfiguration.(SBL-DAT-00224)

The behavior that the customer was experiencing was due to the incomplete predefined query . The customer was suggested to do the following

In the client application . Go to View > Site Map > Appilication Administration > Predefined queries . For the Account Object and the Name as 'All Accounts' specify the Query parameter as :

'Account'.Search = ""'Account'.Sort = "Name"

Making the above change resolved the drilldown behavior at the customer's end .

Thank You
