SBL-EAI-04227: The parameter specification of (Dispatch Service, Dispatch Method), (Dispatch Rule Set) or (Dispatch Workflow Process) is incomplete.
Explanation
The required dispatch parameters for the transport business service were not provided. The correct parameter specification is: a combination of business service and method, or a workflow process name, or an EAI dispatch rule set name. These 3 different ways of specifying the parameters are mutually exclusive.

Corrective Action
Examine the dispatch parameter specification. These parameters can be specified as the business service parameters themselves, or could be included in a transport data handling subsystem. Determine which of the parameters is missing and correct it.
