This is a product defect.
Support Engineer was able to reproduce the same issue when logging onto the eLoyalty and eService applications.
Issue could not be reproduced when the "LOY Login Applet" was removed or when an applet e.g Login Tiny Applet which has a different class was used in it's place.
A product defect 12-1UQ61NJ has been logged for this issue
The Login View is made up of three Applets:
Login Tiny Applet
Login Applet (Login View)
LOY Login Applet
The only current workaround is to remove the "LOY Login Applet" from the "Login View"
Users of the application will still be able to login successfully.
