Hi,

I had few questions on how to best manage "release/migration" of Applet Browser Scripts.

1) First of all, our development env is on Unix. How can we generate the browser java scripts from Unix ( eg: using genbscript )

My question was specifically regarding running this utility from UNIX ( Solaris 2.8)
since I do not want to copy this file from my PC everytime to Unix

Looks like its looking for some file "libsscfol.so" which is not all there ...

I have included the error which i get when i run it on unix...

Thanks for speaking with me.

As we discussed on the phone, the genbscript error you encountered is caused by CR 12-MBU7U4. I have attached this CR to the SR for your review.

As Siebel 7 on UNIX platforms does not support OLE automation, the solution is to set erm.cfg’s EnableOLEAutomation=FALSE. This will allow genbscript to run normally.
