SBL-EAI-04447: Login and/or password not found for impersonation.

When I try to call Inbound Web Service I get the following error in EAI log file:
"SBL-EAI-04447: Login and/or password not found for impersonation."
This web service worked just fine yesterday and before that.
I could not find anything that was changed in system since yesterday.
EAI log file is attached.
Web service export file is also attached.
I could not find mention of this error on Support Web.
SolutionMessage 1For the benefits of other user:

Customer was started getting the following error for the Siebel inbound Web service. Nothing was changed for the Web service and also in the web service client.

"SBL-EAI-04447: Login and/or password not found for impersonation."

This error will occur when the UserName and Password is missing in the URL. But in this case, this information was passed. After some research, it was found that the UseAnonPool parameter in the eapps.cfg file was set to TRUE. This parameter should be FALSE if you are not using the WS-Security. Please refer Siebel EAI Guide 2, chapter 5 Siebel Web services, section “About the WS-Security UserName Token
Profile Support” for more information about WS-Security. This feature is available in Siebel 7.7.x.
