We are having trouble with our eConfigurator API. We have created a workflow which is designed to add complex product to quotes. However, when we get to the create session method of the Complex Object Service Instance an error message appears:-
The session was not found in the cache. Please create it again with the lastest object instance [SBL_CFG-00172]. This does not happen for all product. Only the majority and we are unble to see any clear difference as to why one works and the others don't.
I have attached the workflow so you can see what we are trying to do.
