Hello!

We have upgraded from Siebel 7.5.3 to Sibel 7.8.1.1. And now experiencing difficulties with some of our workflows.
We have the following WorkFlow process 'Electra Open Case View' (XML is attached below). The validation of the workflow
went successfully, but when we try to activate the workflow we got the following error message:

[1] Cannot register runtime event for branch 'Condition.DECISION' in step 'Default'.(SBL-BPR-00116)
[2] The value entered in field Event of buscomp Personalization Event does not match any value in the bounded pick list PickList CT Dynamic Event.(SBL-DAT-00225)

The PickList CT Dynamic Event is based on 'PickList Generic' business component, which has the following search spec:
[Type]='CT_APPLET_EVENT' OR [Type]='CT_BUSCOMP_EVENT' OR [Type]='CT_APPLICATION_EVENT'
We have queried the LOV in the Administration Data -> List Of Values screen using this search specification and were able to fould the following LOV:
Type = CT_APPLICATION_EVENT, Display Value = Timeout, LIC = TIMEOUT.

We were trying to change the current LIC from 'TIMEOUT' to 'Timeout', but this didn't help.
Then we have increased level of logging in tools and simulated the workflow. The execution was failed because of the same error.
Please, kindly find the log files attached to this request.

For benefit of other users, the customer was able to activate the workflow after the Application Runtime event was created in Administration - Runtime Events screen.

Hi,
We are using 7.0.4 and we have the bouton 'New Call report' activated and we use it. After upgrading to 7.5.3, we noticed that this bouton is desactivated. For your information, this bouton is on the top at the left just under Home tab. We have the license for call report module.
Please advise why this bouton is desactivated? is it a normal behaviour? How can we activate it?

For the benefit of other readers, the customer encountered the following error when trying to activate the workflow process "New Call Report Workflow".

(SBL-DAT-00225) The value entered in field Event of buscomp Personalization Event does not match any value in the bounded pick list PickList CT Dynamic Event.

(SBL-BPR-00116) Cannot register runtime event for branch 'Ecran Interlocuteur' in step 'Start'.

The problem occurs when the system has been installed in none-ENU language first (for instance FRA) and then add language pack ENU (not this opposite).

Change request #12-III41O (Installation FRA and then add language pack ENU deactivate some LOV needed) was created to have this reported.

The workaround in this context is to set to active the LOV entries for the type TYPE='CT_BUSCOMP_EVENT' and TYPE='CT_APPLET_EVENT', that should return records only for language ENU.

Note that case described in posting entitled “SR: Siebel Anywhere failed with Oms 00107: Picklisterror” reports a similar problem in such installation path. Change request #12-GR4BBH was created in this case.
