SBL-DAT-00934: An update conflict (operation code %1) occured for BusComp %2 with ID %3.

Explanation

The same record has been modified within and outside of a task.

Corrective Action

Abort the task and start again.

Symptoms

When using interactive assignment in TBUI invoked from a button the following behaviour will occur:

The popup is displayed with all the candidates. It is possible to pick a candidate and the record is assigned correctly. After finishing the TBUI process the following error message is displayed:
SBL-DAT-00934: An update conflict (operation code %1) occured for BusComp %2 with ID %3. Which means that the same record has been modified within and outside of a task.

Cause

The problem is caused by an update conflict between Assignment Manager and TBUI.

Solution

In order to solve this you have to create the following user property on the assignment bc (i.e. Assignment Results (Employee) if you are using employee assignments).

Name: Immediate Commit In Task
Value: TRUE
